The pressure regulating valve is typically installed at the discharge end of the coal mine truck washing equipment. Its main function is to achieve automatic adjustment of the working pressure of the high-pressure cleaner by controlling the bypass water flow. When the pressure in the system exceeds the preset value, the valve of the coal mine truck washing equipment will partially open. The higher the valve opening lift, the more water is bypassed, and the lower the flow rate at the high-pressure nozzle.
The function of the foot-operated control valve is similar to that of two types of high-pressure water guns. Its feature is that the operator can use foot action to control the high-pressure spray head or nozzle of the coal mine truck washing equipment.
The power unit is generally composed of an electric motor, diesel engine, or gasoline engine. The power unit is connected to the high-pressure pump and primarily provides the necessary power for the high-pressure pump.
The function of the transmission device is to transfer the power from the power unit to the high-pressure pump, thereby generating driving force.
High-pressure pipelines are an important component of coal mine truck washing equipment. Their main function is to transport high-pressure water to the high-pressure spray gun or high-pressure nozzle. They are generally divided into two types: rigid pipes and flexible hoses.
The high-pressure spray gun is connected to the discharge end of the high-pressure pump via the high-pressure pipeline assembly and is a commonly used actuator.
